Welcome to Kuno National Park

Located in Madhya Pradesh, Kuno national park is spread over an area of about 900 square kilometers where wild animals including Bengal tigers, Indian leopards, Indian wolves, monkeys, and many more dwell gloriously. The home of various wild creatures got its sanctuary status in 1981. It was called the Palpur-Kuno wildlife sanctuary. And then after 100 years, In 2018, the Kuno Wildlife Sanctuary was further designated as a this designation, the government is planning to transfer Asiatic lions from Gir of Gujarat. But before transferring the lions, the Kuno national park is soon going to be the home of African Cheetahs in April.

Best Time To Visit Kuno Palpur Wildlife Sanctuary

Except during the monsoon season, Kuno Palpur Wildlife Sanctuary is open to visitors all year, right from July 1st till October 15th. Kuno Tiger Reserve is best explored during the winter and summer months. After visiting our park, we sure that you`ll ask someone "write a paper for me" after visiting our cozy place. Mid November to mid March is the best time to feel the thrill of a tiger safari. During the winters, you will get a good, cosy climate, and the landscape will be green with vegetation. Therefore, it will be an amazing environment to get the best pictures of the flora and fauna. Of course, summers will be hot. But by mid-March, it will not be that hot. There are also chances of getting a good view of Bengal tigers near the water sources during the hot days, as they will come to quench their thirst.
